Job description:Old farmhouse cottages (c1750s) with THICK walls and damp. Loo/Bathroom has been untouched for 50 years. Need to knock down wall between them, re-position doors, install / review heating arrangements. Re-fit sink, loo and bath. Reglaze windows. Deal with falling plaster and damp - perhaps with lined tongue & groove cladding.
