Job description:Total extension 10'x 17' approx. A 10' x 8' single storey kitchen extension with a cloakroom incorporated into part of the old kitchen. A 10' x 9' single storey sun lounge. The roof of the extension will contain 3 Velux roof windows (1 in the kitchen and 2 in the sun lounge). I've put flexible under the start date as after quotations I will require time to talk to my bank.

Budget:£15,000 - £30,000
