Job description:1.plaster chimney breast and inside of inglenook fire place - tile hearth - build wooden mantle in dining room, 2. install reproduction victorian coving and picture rail 3. Install ventialtion cover into newly plastered wall - part on site 4 repipe gas pipe behind plaster board inside inglenook fireplace suitable to connect to exsisting gas fire 5 commision and install gas fire when fireplace complete 6. reinstall light fitting in dining room and kitchen also refix electrical sockets x 6 nb most materials are on site for plastering, tiles, fixing , grout (excluding coving and picturerail) previous builder did not finish job due to ill health
