Job description:Mid-terraced 2 bedroomed 1870s House on an incline. To complete partial loft conversion by previous owner (walls plastered, electricity points/lighting installed and basic carpet board on floor - not building regs compliant & can only presently be used for light storage) and add an eyebrow/triangular dormer window. Also want to extend small bathroom into landing so can add room for free standing shower which may involve re-organising the position of the units (sink, bath etc). This would impact on current stair access to the loft which will need to be re-routed to the landing side. No measurements to hand.
