Job description:Works Required Plumbing Work. Install gas central heating (boiler to be located in kitchen) with 6 radiators, Thermostatic control and timer. All works to be compliant with current corgi regs certification will be required. Install new pipe work for relocation of gas cooker. New pipe work for sink and washing machine in Kitchen including waste. Install new Bathroom suite including pipe work (Toilet, sink, bath and shower tray and enclosure with waste including pipe work for electric shower) Move existing toilet waste to opposite side off the room. New gas pipe work for 2 Gas fireplaces 1 located in front room and 1 in the back room. Replace old Lead water main. Plaster Work. Kitchen requires new ceiling and walls to be dry lined. Upstairs front bedroom require new ceiling and walls need old plaster knocking off and dry lining. Back Bedroom and bathroom as above but ceilings just require skimming. Upstairs landing requires new ceiling and dry lining. Joinery Work. New Torus Skirting boards throughout. New Doors casings Doors and architraves (4 doors required, 5 door casings, Architrave for all doors) Fit architraves round windows. Repair all upstairs flooring with square edge softwood board; also repair downstairs flooring in front room. Finish flooring in bathroom Form under stairs cupboard. Enclose Electricity meter in cupboard. Replace flooring at the top of the stairs. Install Loft hatch with ladder in rear upstairs bedroom. General Building Work. Close up old vents in kitchen. Replace coping stones on rear yard wall. Close cracks in wall where moisture is entering. Render back yard walls. Electrical Work. Install Cabling for electric shower in bathroom. To current 16th edition regs. REMOVE ALL RUBBISH FROM SITE ONCE WORKS COMPLETE.
