Job description:The job (brief description) would consist of the following, Remove a bathroom downstairs and refit a new one on the first floor. Take out a potentially load bearing wall between lounge and dining room. Brick up some windows and fit a free issue kitchen. Fit a staircase from the 4th bedroom to the partially completed loft extension that requires boarding and plastering. Consider flat roof at rear either repair or replace with pitched roof! Remove front garden wall and replace to match next door. We do not own the house in question but are keen to purchase and need to understand the potential costs, we are not time wasters and keen to conclude this purchase.
