Job description:1. Remove wall at end of hallway to form opening. Install a 140x100 concrete lintel to support joists, plaster reveals in. 2. Remove brickwork at end of new hallway to form a new door opening into the kitchen. Supply and install a softwood door liner and flush internal door. Install ironmongery to match the existing. Install architrave to the perimeter of the door surround and make good all plaster. 3. Form a stud partition wall to form a utility room. Insulate with acoustic roll and plaster both sides. Install skirting boards to match the existing. 4. Remove the wall that leads in to the existing utility room. Make good all plaster work. 5. Remove the wall to the existing pantry. Make good all plaster work and skirting boards. Separate Quote: 1. Painting at £150 plus VAT per day. The average 3x3 meter room would take 2 days to prepare and repaint. 2. Per door fitting price is £45 plus VAT per door.
