Chimney stack partial re-build, ridge tiles re-setting and re-pointing (approx 5-6 sq m) in Abbey

Job description:I have a 1900 terrace house that requires some maintenance. There are 4 jobs that need doing: 1) Double chimney stack. Bottom needs re-pointing, main part needs re-rendering, top four layers of bricks need taking off and re-setting. Maybe requires capping 2) Single chimney stack needs fully re-pointing 3) Some ridge tiles on roof need re-setting 4) Roughly 5m2 of re-pointing required on brickwork Ideally, i'd like this work to be completed before 12th September. I'm looking for quotations, but the property is a rental with a tennant so I need to give notice prior to any site visit. Many thanks, Chris.
