Job description:What we would like is someone to construct the brick exterior wall and block interior wall of our extension as well as lay the concrete floor slab and construct and tile it's pitched roof. The foundations will be laid for you and checked by BC before you start. The extension falls within permitted development rights and the building notice has already been submitted. Basic plans will be drawn up prior to commencement but no architects drawings have been done. the extension is to be 3meters in depth and 6.25 meters across the rear of the house. Roof height to start at approx 2.4 meters (depending on the brick courses) rising up to just below 4 meters. No interior partitions. There will be two openings in the longer wall, one for French doors and one for a large window. The French door and window do not need to be supplied or fitted, just openings left. If it falls within budget it would be nice to have a skylight in the roof but this is not essential.
