Cracked and sagging ceiling in old victorian house. Possible replacing whole ceiling in Arboretum

Job description:1 bedroom, about 11ft x 12ft. Sagging around the chimney and alcove area, whole ceiling covered in cracks, most seem superficial. Fitted wardrobes recently removed and holes in the brickwork due to crap diy job.
