Job description:We currently have a double garage which we would like to only convert half so that we still keep a single garage. The garage size to convert is approximately 14 x 8, an internal wall would be required to separate from the other garage as with electrics, plastering, and a front window,central heating (ie radiators) etc. A door way would be required from the hall way. Decorating and flooring would also be required. The room would be used for the kids, as somewhere to play the xbox, wii etc, possilby a room to do some exercise in.
