Job description:to demolish a rear porch and rebuild, to link brick outhouse/utility room and house incorporating a secure double glazed entrance door and rear door to garden. Roof in polycarbonate sheeting to allow light. Some extra drainage needs adding to allow run off from adjoining courtyard to go into to main drain the other side of the porch and not flood the porch as happens now. Old property. Needs to be done before winter. Original builder cancelled job until next year as large contract was brought forward.
