Cracks in the wall cause unknown. Have already had drain work carried out. in Mackworth

Job description:Unable to say what work is required. There is a crack above the pantry door and along the pantry wall in the passage. Also minor cracks on the stairway which are approximately in line with the pantry on the ground floor. The pantry door is warped and doesn't close and the back door has been sticking for years. The door next to the pantry door sticks very slightly as well. These cracks are very slow moving and we have purposely left them to see how far they go. Any work we have done will not be until next June/July when my partner retires and he will be able to be at home whilst the work is carried out. We have a previous surveyors report, which we had done prior to the drain work being carried out and we also have a report made by the drain company.
