Job description:I had some building work done to an attic room that had had a fire over 5yrs ago. There are now cracks appearing on the walls,chimney etc. I called them and as they only warrent their work for 3yrs, they have stated that I need to get a builder to look at the damages appearing and to compile a report to indicate wether the damage is due to poor workmanship by the previous workers or a general problem with the house. I need to have this done ASAP. Thanks Miss Webb
