Job description:Damp problem on external facing wall, approx 1ft by 2ft - damp proofing & re-plastering previously failed to fix. Needs proper investigation. Slated roof needs checking for any loose slates and to be fixed if so. Small door shelter porch needs to have approx 2-3 slates fixed.
