Job description:Lay new floor in 1.7 x 5m kitchen. Sand blinding, 4" insulation, DPM, 4" concrete + mesh reenforcement, ready for tiling / kitchen fitter. Old floor removed, need to dig out 6" rubble and lay new floor. Need to cap old rainwater sump under part of floor before starting. Buildings inspector has stated rubble etc. can fill the rainwater sump, so should be no disposal cost. Removal of small dividing wall / new lintel and raise lintel over pantry door. wall
