Job description:Please email not use mobile. first floor extension above existing single garageand make access to it from existing landing. The room will be used as a bedroom. A few other houses in the street have this done so the footings are ok. Roof could be flat or pitched, depending on price really. Its a detached house if that makes a difference. No plans drawn up yet. Finish would be plastered with electrics installed for say, 3-4 plug sockets. I would decorate myself.
