Demolition of chimney & repairs to existing roof area. in Beeswing

Job description:I have a chimney at the rear of my single storey property I would like demolishing. It stands on the corner of the rear roof area, is unused and about 7' high, excluding capping/cowel. It is of brick construction with pebbledash rendering. Despite the apparent mains electrical attachments evident on the photographs, these are redundant, as I had Scottish Power resite the lines a few years ago, so the project is straightforward enough. Once this is completed I would like the area of the roof where the chimney now stands to be repaired/retiled. I trust the photographs I have attached to this job are satisfactory enough to give you an idea of the work required. I have no driveable access to the rear of the property, but there is an alleyway to the side, so any debris can be wheelbarrowed through this way. I look forward to hopefully receiving some quotes for this work, which I would like carried out fairly soon please. Thanks.
