Job description:I need a builder/contractor to build a modern brick/glass extension to an 1870 Victorian villa. Requires all major trades coordinating to hi spec finish. It is a two storey extension with new kitchen at ground floor with 3m high sunfold folding sliding doors and 4m high glass entrance area. Above the kitchen is a new bedroom and study area. The old kitchen is to be converted to a new hi spec walkin wardrobe and wetroom. New boiler required along new central heating electrics atc in new addition
