Job description:Extension of the current 1 1/2 villa by 3 meters to the rear. Extension of upper floor bedroom at the rear. Open plan to kitchen an dining room at rear. Extend at the rear of the the attached garage to the same as the new rear line of the house and remove garage roof to make it the same height as the house and place a bedroom above garage. Just final stage of drawings with architect and now looking for quotes and a builder for starting May, June 2008. I would estimate an area of approx 45 - 50 square meters.
