Job description:There are preliminary drawings available to demolish existing internal walls to kitchen, bathroom and passage to form a new large kitchen. To widen doorways and to remodel existing 'extension' - including replacement of old bitumen/felt sheet roof with lightweight modern product, to form new bathroom and study/dining area. There will need to be 4 new windows installed and a new vellux roof-light. All necessary plumbing and rewiring and the installation of new kitchen and bathroom furniture. The project needs to be disabled accessible.
