Job description:The flashing between the wall/roof joint has weathered and is letting in water, The porch roof length is approx 13ft. It also appears that where the roof had been nailed onto the wooden structure some of these are also letting in water. The porch has one window 2ft 6 by 3ft 6 approx. It requires a new frame as the bottomhas rotted.
