Job description:A small single story rear extension, approx measurments are 9ft 8 by 11ft 3. The extension is to come off the kitchen and the space has an exsisting extention to the left (the bathroom) and my neighbours extension to the right (see picture). I would also like my bathroom window bricking up and a new smaller one putting in the back wall. the current window measures 47" by 43" approx, the new one I would like 1/2 the size if not smaller. I would also like the kitchen window turning into an entrance to the extension, and the back door turning into an internal door. with either a patio door or a back door on the back of the extension. Internally I am going to move around the kitchen which I have someone to do for me, and I am planning on having the kitchen sink moved prior to work starting(unless you can move a kitchen sink?) I would need an internal dorway blocking off. I do not have plans drawn or planning permision as I need some advice regarding this. My budget is approx so I am willing to consider all competative quotes. I appreciate that any quote would only be a guess at this point due to lack of plans etc but I am wanting to go ahead with this ASP. Please see attatched photos.
