Job description:Lounge - 15' x 12.5' Replace floorboards. Remove ornamental stone fire surround. Strip wallpaper & re-skim walls - re-decorate emulsion walls & ceiling + gloss woodwork (2 doors + skirting + hatch to kitchen). Remove fitted carpet. Kitchen - new work tops on existing cabinets; remove sink cabinet/unit & replace with new cabinet/sink unit/mixer tap. Repaint old cabinets + larder cupboard. Emulsion walls over existing anaglypta paper. Tiling above work tops to a height of 1' approx + tiling behind area for free standing cooker. About 4 to 5 metres of work top will be required. Remove old tiling
