Removal of partition wall (4m x 3m high) Disconnect 2 radiators on wall, re-plaster and make good wall, floor and ceiling. Removal of approx. 300m2 of existing carpet (broadloom) to rooms and stair flights and landings. Assemble kitchen sink unit and work top and high level shelves for Galley kitchen - approx. 1.5m x 0.6m ( Materials to be supplied)
