Job description:The room will be roughly 10ft long/6ft deep (wooden clad). We have plans on putting a small toilet/sink at the bottom of the utility room and put units/sink in the main area. It has a flat roof with a dome on top(feature) and windows. This will be used as the main entry to the house.
