Job description:There is currently an attic extension with one bedroom, in a house we have recently bought. We want to make this bedroom en-suite. We will have to widen the current staircase and put in a dorm-window or a velux window out to the side of the property (it currently has one dorm-window out to the front of the property). Current size of the bedroom is 4.70m x 3.93m at the widest point. There is room to build into the eaves of the roof as well as using part of the current space in the bedroom. Access from the landing or the bedroom. Entry date to the property is not until mid-October 07, so wanting to start as soon as we move in and complete the work by Christmas 07.
