Job description:We want to extend our house and have a lot of options as the house is very flexible. We are looking for some advice as to what would be practical and possible. We do not have any planning permission/ pland so would be looking for advice about that too. Options would include: extending a room into the garden + building a new conservatory OR major structural rebuilding, involving knocking down supporting walls (if possible) OR some combination of the two + knocking down an internal (non-supporting wall). We are also looking for advice about some damp and mouldy patches in 2 rooms. We have had lots of problems before with tradesmen doing poor jobs, so only experienced professionals with references need apply please.
