Job description:Size is 1 bed tennament flat with box room. I want to knock out a couple of small stone walls to enlarge 2 rooms and move gas heater to allow for refurb of bathroom. Bathroom to include new fixtures and remove shower and install shower/bath. Close off a couple of spare internal doorways at boxroom/storage & build new storage cupboard. Plaster most of the flat (currently covered in painted wallpaper) and smooth effect plaster on bedroom ceiling (lounge, bedroom, bathroom, boxroom and possibly hallway). New benchtop in kitchen & move/build a cupboard to install dishwasher. Hall and bathroom need new flooring - still deciding what to do here.
