Job description:The project comprises the approx 4m x 5m extension to the existing ground floor (lower villa) flat. We are currently in the process of purchasing the property and have not yet finalised drawings or applied for planning permission. The start date is flexible and subject to planning approval and building warrant. The main works are to create a new living space to the rear of the property. This will be connected to the existing dining room space. In addition we would like to open this space up by breaking through the kitchen wall to create an open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The works will specifically comprise the following: Install new RSJ to break through rear wall of house, build new flat roof sitting room in brick with render. Install Stone floor. Install electrics to extension only. Install patio doors to rear of extension. Create small utility room within extension and connect through existing kitchen door. Install RSJ and create open plan kitchen/dining room space.
Budget:£15,000 - £30,000
