Job description:22ftx22ft hay loft converted to livingroom sitting room, renovation and reconfiguration: Add structural steel beam to roof crest. Remove roof tie beams, stud wall and plaster work. Shorten brick wall to form balustrade. Fit four Velux windows in roof. Strap and line stone walls with insulated plaster board. Remove floor boards, reroute kitchen services, insulate and refloor. Plaster all new walls and fit skirtings.
