Job description:Kitchen, I want to re-build the kitchen, currently framed by a low ceiling and stud wall. I need to incorporate some sort of fire door, preferably sliding too. I want to make use of the space above the kitchen for storage. For the bathroom, I want to remove the tank in the ceiling and open the bathroom up. Fit a new window, plaster, decorate and fit a new bathroom. I have large walk in cupbourd space behind the sitting room that I want to gut and redecorate to create better storage. Electrics may need to be moved and tidied up. The whole flat needs to be redecorated.
