Knocking down wall to make two small boxrooms into one room in Leith Walk

Job description:I have a deep walk in cupboard that adjoins to a small boxroom that I would like to make into a bigger boxroom by knocking down the adjoining wall (by first finding out if it is not load bearing), skimming the existing walls (3.5m x 1.4m) x 11ft height ceiling). I'm really just looking for an estimate on how much this might cost.
