Job description:Our tenement building has slipped due to excavation in the street outside. 9 rooms over 3 different flats with cracks in walls and ceilings of various sizes, window shutters need re-hung so they close properly, common stair has a crack about 18ft from floor to ceiling, one shop has cracks in walls, ceiling and also a big window that's shifted in its frame and a gap has appeared.
