Job description:1 bed flat, separate kitchen and living room, that needs renovating, in particular: 1. 2 stud partition walls to be removed 2. New kitchen installed 3. Wallpaper removed and walls replastered 4. Old gas fireplace replaced 5. Bathroom suite replaced, new tiling 6. Floorboards sanded stained and varnished, new internal doors fitted 7. Possibly install double glazing 8. Possibly removal of a small corner of a wall which may or may not be load bearing.
