Job description:I have a two bedroom flat with a shower/toilet.I would like to turn one of the bedrooms into a bathroom and knock down the existing shower/toilet giving me larger hall.I also have a livingroom/kitchen and would like to seperate the two with a breakfast bar and gain entry to the kitchen from the hall.I would like the hall/kitchen wall halved to carry the breakfast bar all the way round.My hope is to have it quite open-plan.I would need the whole house re-plastered,re-plumbed,re-wired and some re-flooring.The small bedroom/future bathroom is 9'x5'.The kitchen is 8'x6'.The livingroom is 10'x12'.The hall/shower/toilet is 9'x6'.
