Extend kitchen into adjacent cupboard and make good in Leith

Job description:The kitchen is approx 3m x 1.5m and is to be extended through into the adjacent cupboard (approx 1.5m x 1.5m). This will involve removing redundant water tank above cupboard and demolishing brick wall between cupd and kitchen (Building Warrant being applied for). Kitchen is to be replaced (separate contract) but the whole extended kitchen is to be replastered to make good the works. Quotes will be required to enable Building Warrant application, followed by appointment of selected builder to do the work upon Building Warrant issue - anticipate April 2008.
