Job description:1. move small kitchen from room with window to an internal room. room dimensions 3270x1960mm. Extend, water supply and drainage to internal box room. Install new kitchen units and appliances, fit new floor covering, fit wall tiles, electrical points,etc. 2. Remove existing bathroom suite and replace with new 3 piece, room dimensions 4170x1380mm. Insatll new floor coverings, tiles walls around bath area. Take rear section of a coal cupboard down and instal a lintol. form new stud partition in same cupboard making it smaller. make good all areas where required. The above relates to the work I will require done to a recent purchase. the address given is my current address and not the one of the premises requiring the work.
