Job description:During recent heavy rain there has been an ingress of water through an external wall into several flats on a common stair. The water may be coming in through the roof or from the gutter but this has not been confirmed. At present the water seesm to be coming through the 2nd and 3rd floor flats to a greater extent than the 4 the 5th floor flats. We are seeking quotes for the work
