Job description:Repairing large cracks in stairwells,painting and erecting scaffolding. Provision of access tower scaffold for one week duration including erection, dismantling and moving 2 Stair entrance Repair structural cracks in the following locations by hacking back render, raking out and repointing and making good 3 Stair entrance Extra over external mortar crack repairs for repairing with epoxy resin 4 Stair entrance Extra over external mortar crack repairs for repairing with masonry reinforcement comprising 1m lengths of 6mm Helical stainless steel bar 5 Stair entrance Extra over external mortar crack repairs for repairing with epoxy resin 6 Stair entrance Taking down, set aside and refix external pipework fixed to walls 7 Stair entrance Remove, store and refix small item screwed to wall 8 Stair entrance Protect floorcovering with polythene sheet 9 Stair entrance Prepare and apply two coats emulsion to existing painted walls 10 Stair entrance Clean on completion of works. 11 Stair entrance Room preparation for surface finishes at £35/room (allowable in each room when undertaking prescribed rate decorating works only)
