Job description:I own a traditional Edinburgh tenement ground floor flat. At the back of the house is a large kitchen, behind this is a large box room and a large cupboard. I wish to wall off part of the kitchen to create a bedroom to the rear and enlarge the boxroom into the other part of the kitchen and adjacent cupboard to create an internal kitchen. I have seen many flats in Edinburgh where this alteration has been done already.
