Job description:Removal of internal, load bearing wall (1.5 x 2.5m approx) in ground floor flat of 4 storey tenement. Replacement with steel beam. Architectural plans (with structural engineer approval) and building warrant aplication currently in process. This work will enlarge bathroom to include adjoining cupboard. Approx 0.5m of wall to remain at roof level (false ceiling will be installed to conceal work). Also, gas and water mains run along this wall at roof level.
