Knock out cupboard walls, make good, block up door in Meadows Morningside

Job description:I need someone to knock through the 2 walls of a cupboard (approx. 1000x1000mm in a tenement flat (walls go full-height), make good + replaster etc., to give the space back to the room next to it. The cupboard was originally a coal hole and has a concrete base approx 80mm higher than FFL, this will need breaking out and possibly reclaimed floorboards to be put in as a replacement. Also a separate doorway to this room may need removing, blocking up and plastering (this is the current door into the room and i wish to use the cupboard door to access the room instead).
