Job description:Temporary propping of internal 178x102 Universal beam section, removal of brick piers and reinstatement fully tied into external and internal wall. Provision of 300mm padstones. This forms a open plan area between living and dining rooms Provision of two additional 100x100 Type E prestressed concrete lintels at the door opening from the dining room. Two already fitted Provision of 4 of the same lintels at the door opening to the bathroom where none have been fitted Plaster all work and repair plasterboard around french door opening where investigatory work was carried out This work is to correct work that we discovered the previous owners of the property did not complete to building standards despite having relevant completion certificates Must be prepared to work with council and structural engineer inspections during the work period. Would like to discuss possibility of raising the beam at the same time and/or moving the bathroom door to a non-structural wall. Separate quotes appreciated if possible
