Job description:Fit small new kitchen and bathroom which will include electrical and plumbing work. Both room sizes are approx. 6'x8'. Also fully tile both kitchen and bathroom. (I will remove old kitchen & bathroom myself prior to works starting)Replace exisitng electric heaters (I will supply heaters), in addition possible re-wire ceiling lights in various rooms. I want to install downlights but this depends on the cost but please consider this as a potential part of the job.
