Job description:1) to carry out building work according to architects drawings creating a bedroom, kitchen diner and a shower room inc w/c suite. 2) the extension will be built in materials matching the existing, a pitched roof finished in tiles, 2 electric velux windows, upvc single door with window on both sides, a window to the shower room and a window to the bedroom. 3) the flooring will be level to existing house oncrete and or joists and finished in floor boards. The walls and ceilings will be finished in smooth plaster. 4) Carry out electirical work providing 4 power points to the bedroom, up to 10 power points to the kitchen/diner and 12 white rimmed downlighters. 5) Carry out plumbing to positions to suite appliances to a kitchen. 6) To divert and relocate or build a new manhole, rainwater and foul water gullys. 7) to erect rsj's in first floor and removal of chimney breasts x4. To make good all around with smooth plaster and skiritng around. 8) Install a mega flow central heating system including a storage tank and a standard potterton wall mounted boiler, 8 radiators including termostatic valves. 9) Electrical work for the remainder of the house which includes 4 bedrooms with tv and fone points and at least 3 double switch points and 4 pendant lights.
