Job description:I would like a quotation for the following works to be carried out Making good of dampness at base of chimney stack as inspected from roof void. This may be due to deficiencies in the chimney weather-proofing. Investigate surrounding timber for rot/decay. Make good if necessary. Repair or replacement to metal flashings on chimney. Investigate surrounding timber for rot/decay. Make good if necessary. Repair or replacement of flaunchings at top of stack if necessary.
