Job description:Kitchen (approx 3.3m x 3.2m) a. Removal of existing wall and floor mounted kitchen cabinets and disconnection & removal of sink unit. b. Removal of side kitchen door & frame, bricking up opening, make good exterior and interior plastering. c. Removal of wall tiles and replastering of walls as required. d. Installation of new kitchen units, replacement sink & installation & connection of free standing gas cooker. Downstairs Toilet (approx 2m X 2.5m) a. Disconnection & removal of existing toilet and wash-hand basin. b. Dismantling & removal of cupboard c. Installation of tiles to half height on all 4 interior walls. d. Installation & connection of new toilet & wash-hand basin. Upstairs Toilet (approx 3m x 2.5m) a. Disconnection & removal of existing bath, shower unit, toilet and wash-hand basin. b. Removal of wall tiles and replastering of walls as required. c. Re-routing of hot & cold water pipes to facilitate installation of bath taps & shower unit on opposite wall. d. Installation & connection of new bath, shower unit, toilet and wash-hand basin. e.Installation of top of bath to ceiling height tiles around the bath and shower area and half height tiles elsewhere.
