Single Storey Extension in Epsom in Ruxley

Job description:I want to have an extension on my house to replace an existing lean-to. Single story on the side of the house with footprint around 6m2 bigger than existing lean-to, so total footprint would be around 21m2 - very approximately. Current lean-to has asbestos roof, not sure if this makes a difference or not. This is very early stage and Im not sure what I need with regards to permission. Would it be possible for someone to come round and have a chat to give me some ballpark pricing and ideas on what I need? Thanks Dave Culley
