Job description:Due to no insulation in the loft room, it needs to be refurhished. - Rip old non-insulation walls - Re-fit new plasterboard for ceiling and walls - Insulated roof - Re-wire - Re-plaster - Two new lower radiator - Handrail & horizontal balustrade - Two storey double-doors on each side - Probably frame & door at the bottom of the existing stairway to the loft room
